Made with the frozen blueberries we picked last year – supper simple, and it doesn’t need many ingredients.

Filling
Ingredients
- 2 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions
- Pour blueberries in a medium-sized bowl, sprinkle with sugar and gently stir.
- Let the blueberries sit for a couple of hours to thaw and to combine with the sugar.
- Add the blueberries, vanilla, and lemon juice to a medium-sized sauce pan, and bring to a gentle boil, giving it a good stir occasionally.
- Lower the heat to bring the blueberries to a simmer, and preheat your oven.
- While the Blueberries are simmering, begin mixing the cobbler batter, but remember to stir your blueberries occasionally
- Remove the blueberries from the heat and let them cool for a few minutes.
Batter
Ingredients
- Flour
- Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Salt
- 3/4 Milk
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients into a nice batter.
- Pour your blueberry filling into your baking dish.
- Gently pour your batter over your blueberries making sure to cover the pan. — The batter will go in between your blueberries, exposing them.
- Put in the oven and bake for approximately 22 minutes, or until the batter has firmed and is golden, brown in color.
- Let it cool before serving.
